To WindDance is to become one with the world and a part of all nature. It is to dance for the Divine as a demonstration of love. It is to offer up the gift of your Beauty in gratitude for being a Goddess Alive. It is to grace low-tide sunsets at beaches with the vision of women expressing themselves in this natural way. Where can you see beauty and spirit embodied—envisioned as art, a meditative dance with the divine. Let the Wind embrace and animate you as you stretch out your soul in divine play. Feel your Wings fill with Sail and receive the Divine’s Caress on your skin and blowing through your hair. Join Women (yes, and Men too) around the world as they express their goddess and the divine flow of WindDancing. Come feel your connection to spirit as you animate your body and the silk sail that are your wings. Leaning into the wind, feeling the power and joy in your body, setting your prayer voice free - these are the blessings of WindDancing. We’ve seen that there are almost no exercise systems that combine femininity and spirituality. Exercise for women primarily means animating their masculine nature and “doing something” to produce a result. Rarely is the exercise itself deeply fulfilling, and even more rarely is it “feminine” based. We are introducing WindDancing to women of all ages as a feminine spiritual-exercise and immediately we see their joy beam forth as they set sail with the wind and the divine. Mothers and daughters, sisters and friends, all of us bond and feed our true spirits when we free the “woman who is one with the wind.” And it’s not just for women; in fact one of the wonderful outcomes of WindDancing is that men learn to move in spherical ways. Men who are “in their bodies” and enjoy Tai Chi or other meditative movements love WindDancing —and little boys do too. Watch our WindDancing -Sport video
